Cookie Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on frontflow.com, what they are for and how you can control them. For how we handle personal data in general, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, keep information in your browser in the same way. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
2. Your choice
When you first visit our website, we ask whether we may use marketing cookies. Necessary cookies are always on, because the website needs them to work. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings, also found at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again.
3. Necessary cookies
These keep the website working and secure and do not require consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ff-consent | FrontFlow | Remembers your cookie choice. | Local storage | 12 months |
The demo request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person and not a bot. It runs in a frame from Cloudflare on the Book a demo page only, and it is not used to track you.
4. Marketing cookies
These are only set if you accept marketing cookies.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
snitcher_device_id | Snitcher | Recognises your browser when you return, so visits from the same company can be linked. | Cookie | 1 year |
snitcher_session | Snitcher | Groups the pages you view into one visit. | Local storage | 30 minutes |
snitcher_user_traits | Snitcher | Remembers which company a returning browser belongs to. | Local storage | 1 year |
5. Company identification with Snitcher
We use Snitcher to find out which companies visit our website. Snitcher processes your IP address to determine the company you work for, together with information about the pages you visit and the time you spend on our site. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which businesses are interested in our services (Article 6.1(f) GDPR).
If you do not accept marketing cookies, Snitcher only keeps a temporary identifier for the open browser tab (session storage), which is deleted when you close the tab, and your visits are not linked over time. Snitcher processes and stores data in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
You can object to this processing at any time by contacting us at hello@frontflow.com. You can read more about your rights in our Privacy Policy.
6. Turning cookies off in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, we cannot remember your cookie choice and will ask again on each visit.
